DEALER FUNDING CHECKLIST
Application and Contract properly executed by
all parties
Copy of all insurance contracts (credit) properly signed
with all health questions answered by the customer (if
applicable)
Proof of all income
Reference sheet with at least 5 references (phone # and
address)
Proof of residence (phone bill, cable bill, or electric
bill)
Copy of valid NC drivers license or military I.D.
Bill of sale referencing collateral, all options, down
payment, and total amount financed
Copy of MVR1 showing Carolina Finance as lien holder
Copy of social security card
Proof of insurance showing Carolina Finance as loss payable
with the Richmond address
Book out sheet prepared by dealer
Any other requested documents such as bankruptcy discharge,
child support payments, etc.
****IMPORTANT****
1ST deals should include the following:
Signed and sealed dealer agreement
Copy of dealer license
Copy of dealer’s bond
Reference Sheet
